Founder & Managing Director. Before founding Apex, Iain held senior global roles including Director at Warner Bros. Discovery, Global Head of Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM), and CMDB Architect. He is ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL Expert certified, with over 20 years designing, fixing and scaling SACM and ITSM operating models for large enterprises.

Co-owner & Technology Director. Based in Bath, UK, Warren specialises in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping and pattern development, with a focus on CMDB governance and operating models at enterprise scale.
